It was released as early access on 9th june 2017. Leaved early access on 3rd january 2019.

Well a few years ago, there was a level system (based on ARP or whatever they called it at the time) and they used to make GAs like "for level 20+ only", or even 30+. I remember, this was before I reached that level...
Now yup, it seems to be just for the vault - where items still get out of stock in a few minutes too.
