Yet another "Can't remember the name of this game" Thread

This was one of the many games i used to play as a little lad in my W95, the game was from one of those Shovelware CDs. Which would make this an extra hard one to find

It was a Arkanoid like rip off except the ball was made of Steel or Metal and it bounces vertically always in line with the pad.
The idea was to kill civilians in a gory and bloody mess, bless the 90s!, trying to avoid little spikes and bombs
