2 version of North VS South from same publisher is same or different?

this 2 games gameplay\story is the same or is different?

i ask because i own the first and want to know if the second is better or if it is same,because if the gameplay and story it's the same it's not a good deal for me to rebuy it

So the only difference is 963220 have local 2 player mode and support for gamepad and 347030 no ?

the videos\story\gameplay\minigames it's the same?!?
