"SR scammer" badge ?

I've heard here is such thing as a "SR scammer" badge. How does it work ? for what reasons can anyone get one ? is it permanent or just temporary ? does it make a difference ? And where can I see whether someone has a "SR scammer" badge or not ?

You have to have Enhanced Steam installed on your browser to see it. Dunno how long it will stay but I guess until all eternity.

Its related to the SteamRep site. As an example of the site, here is your page.

An SR Scammer is someone confirmed as a scammer by their site. If you go through your friends on your linked page, you will see some have Banned friends, they are friends with evil people obviously.

Unrelated. How does the Steamrep site works? Is it automatic or you have to manually report a scammer? And how to get + reputation

Scammers need to be manually reported here http://forums.steamrep.com/forums/report/ then SR admins decide whether the report is valid or not.
