Humble Bundle Capcom gave me an already used key

Hi guys, thought I'd share this!
I bought the Capcom bundle yesterday and I received a duplicate key for Resident Evil Revelations 2 ep1. Has this ever happened to any of you? I thought it was pretty strange, as I bought countless times from them and it never happened!

EDIT: I just checked again out of curiosity. I went on my purchases and another key was there ready to be redemeed. It worked this time, still unusual.

The redeem button appeaerd suddenly again for the game with a new key. I guess they must have noticed!
