Giveaway winner not saying he received gift

Over a week ago I started my first giveaway and I sent my game to the winner through steam. According to steam the winner redeemed the game I sent him, but he has not marked if he received the game or not through the site even after I sent him a message reminding him to do so.
Any suggestions?

Mention it to Support, then most likely wait months for CG to mark it as Received for you. He is the only member able to do it to my knowledge, and right now, those are of lower priority than Version 2 of the site.

hunt him and kill him...or open a ticket to speak to a mod or add him to steam and askhim politelly to mark as recived or just hunt him and kill him
