I once saw a movie (I have long-since forgotten the title) where the villain was asked why he treated people horribly, He replied, "Because I can." I decided that when people ask me why I try to do good my reply will be the same, "Because I can." I suppose that reply might work for you as well. :)

Aka, I guess, the pros (for you) of making a thread were undermined by the cons (again, for you) of doing so. As such the optimal course of action was to not do it at the time.

There will probably be multiple things that come to mind, but overall one that is most embarrassing and uncomfortable to admit to, thus the main cause for your current bout of "laziness.".

I think that you need to find something that really likes you, that motivates you, and even at the end of a long day, you can enjoy for a short time, and be happy. Be family, friends, games, tv series, or even porn, as long as it makes you happy
