I haven't been to many, but I have been to some that I really enjoyed. And I would love to see more some time.

Ozzy Osbourne, Black Label Society, Rammstein & Status Quo where all great shows.
I also got took some bad quality phone pictures from Rammstein and Status Quo.
Rammstein 1 - Rammstein 2 - Rammstein 3
SQ 1 - SQ 2

So what concerts have you been at? Good/Bad? Any pictures?

Also, random cd-key: ??

I have only been able to go to one every few years. Last three I did were Ozzy Osbourne who honestly given how old he is was better than I expected, Rammstein who lived up totally to their rep as a fantastic live band and were probably the best show of the lot, and Iron Maiden who were also fabulous live. I can't believe how well Bruce Dickinson's voice still sounds after all these years, he clearly takes care of himself when not on stage.

I listen to a pretty wide range of music from country to jazz to metal to mainstream pop and all points in between, but I just find hard rock/heavy metal are really the genres that tend to fit best in a stadium environment, so that's what I tend to go out for.

Yes! Rammstein was truly epic. I have been a huge fanboy of them ever since I heard Du Hast in 1997/98.
When the show started I was shivering and almost dropped a couple tears of joy. If they are ever comming here for another show, I will definitely go again.

I've been to some concert of Hungarian and Japanese bands. But it would be A.W.E.S.O.M.E. if I would be able to go to a concert of Eminem and/or Rammstein.
And thanks for the CD-key (I didn't and won't use it).

From about the age of 18-27 or so most of my social life revolved around shows and festivals, mostly punk, metal, underground hip-hop, indie rock, and folk plus all permutations thereof.I was involved in the DIY booking scene, so mostly unknown or "underground" bands ranging from local to international. A few bands that stand out from that era are Sonic Youth, Fugazi, Aesop Rock, Atmosphere, Primordial, Pelican, Hammers of Misfortune, Mogwai, Trail of Dead, Utah fucking Phillips, Gnarls Barkley, The Roots, Wolves in the Throne Room, Xasthur,Against Me!, Naked Raygun. I could list more but I'm already feeling like I'm bragging.
Since then, though, barely any shows.Saw Springsteen, that was amazing.

I don't like concerts actually. It's just too noisy and it's "hard to see with so many around, you know I don't like to be stuck in the crown".

Was on a few concerts, but not as much as i would like to be :D
Blackmore's Night, Deep Purple (2 times), Judas Priest, Uriah Heep, Aerosmith, Whitesnake, Helloween, Accept, Metallica, Stratovarius. And the last concert i visited was Amorphis about two weeks ago.
I would really like to visit Gamma Ray, Edguy, Iron Maiden, and really, really sad that will never hear Dio on stage :(

I lol'd at basshunter between all that metal. And how can WITTR not have been one of your highlights?

Haha! Yes, on holiday in Majorca a few years ago we caught Dizzee Rascal one night then Basshunter a few nights later. All things considered, it was jolly good fun! Also a Calvin Harris DJ set at one of the clubs there.

Confession time: Back then I wasn't a fan and found WitTR utterly boring, much to the annoyance of my friend who was spellbound throughout. Since then I've rediscovered my fondness for black metal, realised that WitTR are pretty darn good after all, and would rather like to see them again. Ditto for Celtic Frost, and Heaven and Hell, neither of whom I was familiar with at the time, knowing them by name only. Now both bands are gone. Christ, I was an idiot.

Doubly jealous if I said I'd seen them twice? :P Second time was at a small-ish venue in London, and was a fabulously filthy, feedback-drenched performance. Definitely try and catch them if you can, they're way tighter live than might be expected.

I'm with you on Electric Wizard, seeing them in a barely lit, hazy, smoke-filled tent was utter perfection.

being from Greece metal corcerts here are few and very expensive for the average payment you get from work.

the ones i've been to are Iron maiden(2 times) once they had Steve Harris daughter with them and the other Slipknot.Heaven and Hell(Black Sabbath with Dio in '09 one year before he dies) together with Blind Guardian and Testament.i've also seen the Big 4 Metallica-Megadeth-Slayer-Anthrax.

I've been to too many concerts & festivals to even think of listing. Though I worked in the music industry for quite a while, so it wasn't exactly optional. I had probably been to between 700-800 concerts by the time I finally burned out on it. Most memorable one though was the first concert I ever went to. I got to see Green Jelly with Varga opening for them. First concert, first mosh pit and first stage dive.

I still have my first Green Jellö cd from before they had to change their name. Never saw them in concert though. You must have had an interesting career if you've been to that many shows.

Sorry you didn't get the chance to see them. They put on a pretty amazing live show. I was fortunate to see them in their first show in Toronto. Even more fortunate that it was a fairly small venue, so it made their set up seem even more extravagant.

I've been lucky and seen quite a few. A lot of bands skip Ireland, so I've not been to as many as I would like but I've seen Tool (one of the best nights of my life), American Head Charge, Deftones, Pelican, U2, Rage Against The Machine, Korn, Amy Winehouse (in an absolutely awesome setting, with about 50 people), Mushroomhead, System Of A Down, Slayer, Drowning Pool, Therapy?, and quite a few more. I love my music.

I don't attend live concerts often, and most of the bands that I like don't come to my country :(

of those that did, I've only attended 3, and there were quite a few which I sadly missed

managed to attend linkin park, dragonforce, Metallica (dream concert and they totally slayed that night)

wanted to attend but couldn't avenged sevenfold (before The Rev died), Megadeth, Dream theater and Mike Portnoy's supergroup (he's in quite a few but only one has a rather unwieldy name)

There was a Three Dog Night concert here a while ago. I couldn't go however, as I had work. It was so tempting to just skip work and go, but alas, I couldn't bring myself to do it. Kinda wish I did though, my dad's friend was saying it was a great show.
