Force Account Sync

I sync myself whenever I get something new/join a group, I kind of assumed everyone does that (especially a group). I think anyone who wanted a ton of Starvoid keys likely already abused that giveaway to get their ton of keys so probably not that many, if any, will likely bother to try to skim another. These keys don't come with any DLC or extras. Force Sync couldn't hurt, but also likely would strain the site a bit.

+1 but however that can happen during the giveaway, meaning someone might get the key from fileplay when there's 1 hour left and then win this giveaway. I would say they need to do force sync when there's 1 hour left of the giveaway and remove every person who already has the game, and also don't give back the points just for being so stupid

is there auto sync after confirmation of receiving the gift?

There will always be idiots who are not syncing their accounts and are entering giveaways for games they already have. And there will always be idiots that don't want the game from the giveaway, but are entering so that if they win, they can regift the game for Contributor points. I really want SteamGifts to have a function that Force Syncs all accounts every 24 hours!

Wouldn't help. I have fileplay Starvoid, I did sync and I still see "Enter to win" button in giveaways.

so if you are honest, do not open this giveaway to those who do not, have a chance to get =)
