I did a little blooper

So, i created a giveaway, someone won. Everything was going smoothly until there. Then, since im new to this shit of gifting, i had the code for the game i was supossed to give away but in a moment of derpiness, i ended with the game in my steam library so i cant give the game to the winner

BUT

I have another code for the same game in Origin, it would be ok if i give that code to him? It would still count if he accepts it? It will appear here that i did my part and that i am a contributor?

EDIT: So what can i do now? :( i dont want to be suspended or make the other guy get in trouble

Not okay. It's steamgifts, not origingifts. Giveaway winner can be banned for not having the game he won in his steam library.

nope

must strictly be a steam gift/code, the winner can be suspended if he marks as received and the game isn't showing up on his steam profile

Nope, you'll both have problems if he lacks the missing game in his steam account, there's 3 options right now.
A) try to find another key for it and give him that one
B) have the giveaway deleted (probably best one)
C) let him mark it as not received (probably worst option)

Buy him another copy or delete the GA (though this will reduce the number of GAs you can give away in future)

Just go to the giveaway and on the right side of the page there's a red button that says "Delete Giveaway". It'll take you to a page where you select the reason for deleting it and BAM! It's gone.

Says i cant delete a closed giveaway without support assistance. I already created a ticket so i can get help, already explained the situation there so i hope they will understand

How's he going to delete a giveaway that ended 11 hours ago and already has a winner chosen? It doesn't work like that. Only a mod can delete it now.
