my desktop just died well the processor and ram and motherboard, I am ordering the parts to replace it and rebuild with what was good
Currently I am on my wives laptop
it has a i5 with integrated graphics and from what I have seen it can run games like steamworld dig and cook serve delicious easily it can run rocket league but when I try to load into a match the game constantly just crashes
Please suggest some fun but entertaining lighter games to run
I have a feeling its mostly gonna be indies but some easier to run high quality games would be fine too
this laptop specs is i5 with 2 gb of ram and intel hd 3000 graphics

Terraria might work for you, great game. Similar note would be Starbound. I believe both could work, though its always good to check on systemsrequirementlab as a baseline.

Faster Than Light. There are lots of smaller story based games, just go through your library looking for something :)

The Shadowrun series, Bastion, Transistor, Invisible Inc, Hyper Light Drifter, Dungeon of the Endless.
To be honest, didn't check the games on your library, I'm too sleepy.

I have a lot of games and I mean a lot so there are quite a few I haven't played but no point trying it on my own because the system might not handle them so that's why im asking for suggestions..

Shadowrun actually isn't optimized well, I had trouble getting it to play smoothly on my laptop

Oh, that's too bad. Given it's low minimum specs, I assumed it was playable on a laptop without a dedicated GPU.

Some of my favourite games have already been suggested but if you're into Indie games you might enjoy some of these: (no particular order)

Prison Architect is demanding on CPU as your prison gets bigger.

That makes sense. Guess my prison is still rather small with ~ 300 inmates but I think I've seen prisons housing around 1000 inmates if you use the whole (fully expanded) map so that's probably a lot more demanding.

Luckslinger, underappreciated gem. Fantastic with a controller and has a killer soundtrack.

Party Hard, adequately appreciated gem. Fantastic with a controller and has a killer soundtrack.

Pong?

Most pixel art games.

Older 3d games like:
Deus Ex
Half life 2.
Unreal tournament
Quake

Some gameboy or SNES emulation, perhaps.

honestly I wasn't a huge fan of half life 2 except with the co op mod it was ok
Unreal was really good back in the day
Didn't like Deus ex 1 or 2 or quake either

The demo for the Fight Knight kickstarter shouldn't need a high-end machine
Crimzon Clover: World Ignition also runs on pretty much anything.
The YS series should run fine too. Even YS Seven, although you may need to run that on lower settings.
And plenty of good Point & Click adventures, if you enjoy those.

TellTale games aren't demanding. Oh wait, you played the good titles.

Well, you played the witcher 2&3 but skipped 1. An old game with a great story.

I remember being able to play Outlast on an i3 with HD 3000.

Sid Meier's Civilization V isn't demanding either.

No clue why nobody suggested Stardew Valley yet, a great sandbox with very low requirements, yet intense as hell.

Don't Starve worked well on my potato, another great game, especially with friends.

If you liked Cook Serve Delicious, there is a recently released sequel I'm nolifing into since last week, but I don't know about its performance. People claim it's OK on low settings, you could give it a try.

A lot of nice simulator/strategy/management games I've played that aren't demanding, such as Democracy 3, Game Dev Tycoon, The Escapists, Orwell, Prison Architect (worked good on my potato) or This Is the Police.

You also have a bunch of low-reqs hidden gems such as Undertale, previously-mentioned Stardew Valley, Crypt of the Necrodancer or Darkest Dungeon (worked good on my potato).

Potato specs - Asus EEE 1225b netbook, with AMD E-450 2 cores 1.86 GHz CPU and Radeon 6320 GPU. I don't think i5 with integrated GPU will be worse than this.

Try Mount and Blade Warband.
Don't starve runs well too, as Archi said above.
