Karma Giveaways - Recruitment topic (closed for now)

Recruiting is open again and Karma Giveaways sadly has changed and will now use gift difference ratio to combat leechers. To join read the rules and meet the requirements

  1. Atleast 10 giveaways on SG
  2. Level 2
  3. No rules broken (will use sgtools to check this)
  4. Keep a gift difference of +0.5 , you're allowed to dip under but have to get it back up (gift difference is group, not your SG account)
  5. Sharing giveaways are ok
  6. No regionlocked giveaways
  7. A public steam profile
  8. Try to keep your giveaways open for atleast 24 hours

If you want to join just reply here and I'll send an invite when I can. Aswell as any questions or comments, just go ahead.

Recruitment will stop at around 125.

Any attempt at friend requesting me or posting on my steam profile will be ignored, post here.

They are more or less complete yeah. I'll make announcements in the group if anything should change, but should be safe to assume everything stays like this as I recently made the change.

4.Keep a gift difference of +2, you're allowed to dip under but have to get it back up

so it mean, that your ratio should be 1:1 + :) it will be difficult to do it to all members....

Not being in the group I wonder how everybody can keep the +2 gift difference.That has bugged me for some days, so I am asking here :)

Assume all members do only in group GAs, no WL/other group sharing. If 50% is at +2, the other 50% should be at -2, if you omit member fluctuation.
Reading your announcements to check the gift difference every week, this is kind of a ratio thing, that users that have won, have to create a giveaway within a week. Was that the intention of the rule?

Somewhat yeah, at the moment I'm seeing how it goes. It's a few on the low side, but it's pretty ok across. I might lower that to +1.50 if it goes out of hand with the -score, which should be achieveable by most, if not you're just in it to leech. Everything is done to combat leechers, which were problematic in the old set of rules the group had before.

Totally agree on that one, been traveling for the last month and been without internet until today, I'm currently moving and you know all the isolation the process can bring with it.

Please remove my spot for people that might make better use for it. I'll let you know once I settle if I can join again and be a more active member ;D
