It seems the game is on 67% discount, and the OST bundle applies the 67% again. And also this package doesn't appear in the store page. So it'll probably be fixed soon. Thanks for the heads ups!

from checking online this is what it is
The anniversary edition just has some backgrounds, art book, music tracks, and emojis and stuff. Nothing that changes the game. The free Anniversary DLC went out yesterday. So now they made it a pay if you want the extras. But like I said, game is same.
