Yeah, I'm still lost, too. I even did an image search for the graphic, earliest use I found was 2012, but the event it was describing didn't make any sense in the context of the puzzle. Tried tons of words associated with it anyway, none worked. I'm completely lacking a point of reference, and therefore can't make any kind of logical guess. I think that I'm officially giving up.

Why would you think something's wrong with your account? I've seen people mention something similar, it's weird. SGtools allow all sorts of flexible filters, not just VAC/cv/blah... I don't want to comment on the exact rules to prevent guesswork and reveal too much, but there are several specific rules with OR and only people with one of those conditions can enter. And no, it's not achievements, that would be against the new rules.

Welcome to {censored} SPOOPY '19 event
A little bit of history for newcomers...
Hello! I've created a little retro platformer game called {censored} and with the help of friendly SG community managed to polish it and release it on Steam back in late 2016. Since then, I've held a few of these marathons/events/puzzles in order for all of us to have fun and at the same time to give back to SG members who supported the game by giving them the chance to win some nice prizes.
