Oh, it's my Steam Birthday? Sounds like a good reason for stupid puzzle [ended]

So, turns out it's my Steam Birthday today. My real-life birthday is soon (and I think some choo-choo will appear then, but that's for future), which complicates things a bit - aka I always forget about Steam's one :P

Anyway, SG gave me really nice gift 2 days ago - and that guy is a real MVP, when it turned out key is region locked and I was all Vader's NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO and cursed my luck ("yeah, win 1 in 10k, that had to mean it will turn bad"), he went to Humble and bought ROW key, again big thanks to him - so I'll give a much smaller GA for you all. You just need to get through small puzzle.

First step is to find it.

Oh, GA from level 2, around 22 hours left.

And Steam says "This is a restricted gift which can not be played in these countries: Germany" :(
