They don't have the fastest support but one of the most helpful imo. They revoked my key after a week or so.

Is there any information required that I need to put in my email?

I asked for revocation and told that it was my mistake (that's all).

Is it recommended to not play the game on the other account?

Do you mean that they replied to you in 1 week ?
Or did they tell you that they revoke the key but it actually took them a week to do so and that the game was still available for a week on the account before being removed ?

They replied a week after my support ticket and revoked it immediately after receiving the email.

Thank you OP for creating this topic. I redeemed once to the wrong account. I created a support ticket, just now, to rectify the situation.

They send you the URL, then contact support and say "I sent it to the wrong e-mail", Humble Bundle revokes it and you're out whatever you traded!

But you can change reputation on steam trades to that scammers and write that they returning games from humblebundle for themselves. It is really helpfull that you can change your review.

That is if you remember who you traded everything with. I doubt most traders keep a log of what they traded and who it was traded with.

not gift url is a gift you cant revoke it or if you ativate it :)
just go to your Replies and track it, send a ticket to humble explaining that guy gifted you, attach screens of talking, and report on trades for suspension

i dont see a trader with a nice reputation to risk is account in this move just because a few bucks .. but .. you see everything these days

i keep a log of all trades that i made with humble links just in case i need them in the future ;)

Are you sure they can't revoke it if a game is activated? They can revoke keys if they are bought from a fraud credit card though.

One time I was buying a bundle, and the site automatically brought up my email address at "@live.com" instead of "@live.com.au" and so it went to some other guy, I contacted them and they fixed it up.

Oh yes they can. A lot of ppl are scammed in trade forums, and keep trusting obvious scams, and after their games from HB that they traded for tf2 keys are revoked. Maybe this scammers use HB support to tell "they activated game in an incorrect account" or something like this, or they just use fraudulent payments. Why would HB support remove the game and not making Steam revoke it from the account? what's the point? ppl could just farm free games this way if they're not revoked.

Indeed.

Then I only have one more question: "How long does it take before the game is removed from account, once Humble Bundle confirms that the game has been revoked" ?

so .. i give you a humble gift .. tomorrow just because i want .. i send a mail to humble saying "hey revoke this gift because i activate it in a wrong account .. and they revoke the key in your account and they give me back my key ...

if is that so simple ... whats the meaning of Gift Url they use ? if anyone can revoke just like than without making proof of anything lol ..

i think its not so easy ... if it was a buy from a fraud credit card .. you have the bank proof and etc ... but now if you send a gift url to someone, i doubt that is just like that .. mail support, revoke my key, bang you burn!

im gonna mail humble exposing this situation just to check what they say .. if anyone can revoke a gift url just by sending them a mail to revoke it .. if its true ill never again buy anything or accept anything from humble ... easy

If a trader does that to you, then he's a scammer. If he's trustable, then you got nothing to worry about.
