Ok i've got "problems" with some giveaways.

  1. I own Max Payne Rockstar pass (all DLC) on steam yet if I sync my account it doesn't appear.
  2. I bought the Deep Silver bundle and got Dead Island (GOTY), if I right click it and check "View downloadable content", I have the 3 DLC, but if I check them on the store it doesn't say I own Bloodbath Arena which I am supposed to own I think. It's a bit annoying, but i've noticed that out of my 24 friends who own Dead Island they don't have that DLC. If there is a Dead Island GOTY giveaway, am I "allowed" to enter as I don't have that one DLC?
  3. I bought the Alan Wake franchise some time ago and if I check the Collector's Edition Extras in the store it say's I own it, but still if I sync my games on here it doesn't appear.
Is this a normal bug that everyone has or is there something wrong with anything?

    Edit

I also own Serious Sam HD: The second encounter and it doesn't want to sync in...

For 1 and 3, SteamGifts only syncs games, not DLC's or collections with them or anything

Guessing I will just have to add them to filter, thanks for the help!

Steamgifts can only sync what is reported by Steam itself. Most DLC, and even a few games are simply not reported from Steam so they don't appear in your list. Filtering them manually is your only option at the moment.

You might want to consider that if you win that Dead Island (a game that came out that year edition) you get just one DLC. If someone who doesn't own the game wins, he/she gets much more value out of it. Unless you desperately want to finish everything it's got, like achievements, maybe pass it off

Civ 5 DLC is tricky enough to make sense of even when you don't consider the game list.

For example, you don't want to buy Gods & Kings if you've got the base game, because it's more expensive than getting the Gold Upgrade, which includes Gods & Kings and a whole lot more. Of course, the store doesn't exactly go out of its way to tell you this -- it's a tax for people who don't like reading.
