I think you will find that not only is RDR available for PC, it's also on Steam. Here's a giveaway for it.

Roughly the same, if not added a couple dollars. I know Max Payne 3 Complete is the lowest it's ever been.

It doesn't look like these are for the Steam keys. Or, at least not the MP3/LA Noire one. It links to the Game Downloads, rather than the Game code. Which is fine if you just want to play them, but I'd rather be adding them to my Steam library.
