Combining celebrations like the lazy twat I am

So, a while back I hit accrual expert on steam. I'd planned on making a celebratory giveaway, but making giveaways is hard work and the day came and went. Some time later I celebrated my birthday. Again I had every intention of giving away stuff to commemorate the day, turns out giveaways don't make themselves. I think I hit some other milestone as well, my memory isn't something to write home about. Now, when Ich bin ein Berliner wraps up I'll push past 1000+ gifts sent and that combined with this train should inch me to within spitting distance of cv level 9. All this considered even I was forced to get off my lazy ass and make a train.

P.S. One of my hidden sidetracks in Berlin (on the U2) has less than 5 entries on around half of the stops.

At a quick glance I'd say it's a combination of ratio, making mainly region and/or group restricted giveaways and already having won from me.

Making mainly region restricted giveaways is an unfortunate side-effect of having Steam only sell you region-restricted gifts... you will notice that I gave plenty of non-region-restricted gifts until Steam put the locks in place. But, yes, I won Outlast from you in February (I hope I thanked you back then, but I cannot check it since I cannot enter that giveaway anymore -- well, thanks again!), and I totally understand if you blacklist people so they do not win twice from you -- it is a way to distribute better the games you give!

Anyway, thanks for the answer (you did not really had any obligation to respond). You are in my whitelist, but chances are this won't matter much, since almost everything I give these days is region-restricted to South America, unhappily. :( :(

My thinking with the region/group giveaways is more along the lines of people who have access to them have a better chance of winning and thus might not feel not seeing my giveaways as much. I'll be the first to admit that I play mighty fast and loose with my blacklist and there really aren't any hard and fast rules I play by. But I feel that's all right considering both that ending up on a few blacklists really doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things and that I do go through my blacklist removing people often enough. I expedited your removal to now.
