I think I'm going to start to record either GTA V online gameplays or/and some CS:GO clips for my YT channel so I would like some good recording program similar to mirilis and has to be free :/

I don't know how similar it is to Mirilis, but Audacity is pretty good.

Oops didn't read the whole thing. Audacity is audio only :P but it popular among youtubers for just recording their voice.

I know about OBS, I thought it's only for streaming on twitch?

Pretty sure the free version of Fraps has a watermark or something.

If you have an Nvidia card, Shadowplay is the way to go; low performance footprint, high quality capture, and quite a few useful features (streaming integration, etc.), and it's totally free... if you have an Nvidia card, otherwise you're out of luck.
