Stellar 2D was free? When?

So, tried to make a GA with it and its not there, so I imagine it was free at some point.

Bummer, now I have a silly gift in my inventory :)

As far as I can tell you still have to buy the game from that site, so I don't think that qualifies as giving it away for free.
