GMG had the last few legit keys. They are gone for years now though.
Some traders on G2A claim to have one, but usually it ends up being the currently GTA pack.
Although I am not sure why you want it. GTA1, London 1969, and GTA2 are abandonware and easily obtainable; also, only GTA2 can run on a modern system without ridiculous amounts of tinkering or the risk of causing a seizure with its motion lag, and GTA2 has been treated as the black sheep of the family for almost two decades now.

tbf those games arent bad per-se imho but they definitely dont necessarily play along nicely in todays standard
if i had to guess OP may be probably interested in collectioning these games, which is certainly a valid reason to have in my book.

yeah, i understand. If i didn't have all games (except 1-2 parts) i'll buy it. But i have them, and i don't think two 20-years old games worth 15$

I just bought and activated it. It does contain 1 and 2. The strange thing is this sub doesn't activate in Russia so I assumed it must have been a mistake, but the key wouldn't activate with a Russian IP so it really is sub 16933. Thanks akpig :)

Totally understand. Actually I wouldn't buy it myself, as I already bought the Humble Bundle Rockstar Bundle, which has almost everything. But anyway I'm just offering a way to buy the collection, please have no hard feelings.

from what i can remember gamersgate used to have gta collection bundles containing the first two games but they dont sell it anymore

I mean, everyone tells me to play Skyrim, but I just can't make myself go through Elder Scrolls: Arena... I tried, but the controls are sooo clunky... so obviously I can't play any further games from the series. :-/

If I remember correctly, it is nowadays very rare game collection and it costs more than 150$ as steam gift. Only way to buy it, is to trade it with other game collectioner.

U can get it from removed game traders or randomly from others, for example i have this gift u looking for, already got offered 90 keys for it (around $180) but prices like this (for removed games) arent for everyone... u can get it somewhere but not even cheap (if sellers know what he got)
so my advice... visit removed games forum but its expensive... i think none of sites selling this anymore (if we skip reselling sites)
(well gift is always (sometimes waaaaay more than key) more expensive than key)
