Tumblestone from yog's - just a demo?

Hi steamgifts family,

Quick question on this yog's bundle extra.
The game is some kind of trial version, according to the comments by the devs:

To any of you who redeemed it, 1. does it drop cards, and 2. let's say tumblestone gets bundled in the future, full version, would having the trial activated block redeeming the full version? I'm confused how this works.

there was an interesting comment here that says removing it will remove another game it came with - no bueno?

i guess the reason i'm not counting on that solution is that by the time i'd need to remove this game (if it gets bundled, at all) that offer may not be valid anymore (?)

do you know what might happen if i already own bridge before adding this
