When do you usually force quit an App using Task Manager/Something Else?

I use it whenever something isn't responding, or won't close normally.

Or sometimes simply when shit is too slow and I'm too impatient. ¯\(°_o)/¯

When i'm playing the PC version of FF8. It has no quit button.
