это самый простой шифр. rot13 известен как шифр Цезаря
допустим у нас rot1
при шифровании ко всем буквам +1: word -> xpse
при расшифровке ко всем буквам -1: xpse -> word

rot13 was only as example what rot x could be. To solve this puzzle just try every possible rotation and you should be able to solve it.

After the first 25 tries I gave up. But came back here for some hints and now I saw you changed the second letter to uppercase. So I finally solved it. Thanks for the train and have a bump.

I tried all possibilities ... nothing worked. Was frustrated and go to bed.
Now i am back and see it was 1 case problem. That solve it.
