Are Refer-Links in Giveaway-Descriptions allowed?

Hello,
I found a page, where I can change points into steam games and I want to know, if I can write my refer-link into the description of my giveaways, because I want to create giveaways with the games I get there.

Is that okay? I mean that are my giveaways and it´s like a support for me.

You can link the site, BUT you cannot link referrals :)
