Carrier Command: Gaea Mission - Should I buy?

I'm having a hard time deciding whether to buy this game or not.

A bit of myself:

  • I'm a casual gamer, dont play multiplayer.
  • I love Strategy games.
  • I love games with sandbox mode or endless replayabilty.
  • I prefer long shelf-life games.

So what is your opinion on the game?

Looks fun but i wouldn't pay more than 4€ for it .

It got a panning from the critics when it came out and is, by all accounts, buggier than a cockroach convention.

Caveat emptor. It may, of course, be an absolute blast :)

Well, there's a demo available from Steam.

If you're quick, you might be able to download it and get a feel for the game before the flash sale expires :)

I can't even really tell what genre the game is from a quick look on Steam. "Action Strategy" is amazingly nondescript.
