Rebirth features a new non-Flash-based engine and the same designs as the original, but with brand new 16-bit pixel graphics. The game will also include additional content in the size of the Wrath of the Lamb expansion, including things that had to be cut from the original game due to the limitations of Flash.

The screenshots on Ed's blog were mockups for people to chose which pixelart style they prefered... Nicalis (the people who are doing the remake) tweeted some development screenshots but they're still far from the finished product. But I was refering to actual gameplay, not screenshots.

I can't be the only one who was laughing and grinning at the trailer, right (Guppy, the cry-spray from his eyes, etc.)? But I am not done with Isaac. I have not even used the DLC, because I have not unlocked all the endings yet (I think I unlocked 6 of them..?) and don't have all the items yet =/
