Just pointing this out, and asking what the official word on this is? Are people really able to set rules on their giveaways that force you to join Steam groups, and the such? Seems like a method of ballooning up a pub group through the meager hopes of winning a giveaway (and then the dangling carrot saying that if you stay, they might post more giveaways).
