Did you provide proof (e.g. screenshots of your chat, trade history, gift history, ...)? Are you sure, that the person you have traded with was no imposter?
From my own experience, scammer related requests to Steamgift support get resolved rather quick.

I never had a problem like this before, but after that I got to researching SteamRep and there I made my complaint in his profile that is this. I provided the prints of our conversation but SteamRep has not accepted it denounces the games key trade, so my case was filed. The same images were provided here.

First of all - no calling out. remove the link.
Second - REALLY? You expected to trade Orcs Must Die 2 - 23$ game that was in bundle, was at 90% sale, was in price error for 0.5$ for a brand new 60$ AAA game? Sorry but you asked to be scammed. If aomething is too good to be true it usually means it is not true.

First: edit your loginname (upper right corner) out of such pictures!
For trades in the future:
The pictures on Steamrep are kind of confusing. Why did you not make the chat window bigger, so everything is visible? Why are there more than one screenshot of the profile?
If these are the screenshot used for your report here, did you provide an explanation in written text? Did you provide a steamID64? If not, the situation is too unclear.
No calling out. Posting above links might be seen as calling out and get you a couple of days suspension.
Edit: Do not trust traders that add you without commenting in your trade thread first.

Just when the proposal came, I did not think it was a fraud because I myself have bought up the market value games, not to have it available in my area and an epoch that had not access to a credit card International. As for the SteamRep only I met him after the fact. And the images were a habit until then, did not know how to dimesão windows actually to its cometary. I was very descepcionado with what happened and SteamGifts indifference, see them take some action against me after so long, only will make me give up this space. But the point that bothers me is that the administration of SteamGifts did nothing.

User Reports must contain evidence. If you report a scammer, you must include screenshots confirming every step of the trade - screenshots of the chat window and the forum conversation between you and him, screenshot of your trade/gift history, of the scammer's Steam profile. User Reports are read-only. So if you do not include such information, no action will be taken.

I offered the prints I took, I do not know if taking a pattern as he did without any guidance in particular but to have proof of what I talk with dealers. These photos were sent as a link to my complaint in SteamRep .
