Reporting users - is it working?

12H ago I reported user, and there is still no response. I understand that moderators are only humans, and they have real life.

But really noone from moderator team was not logged in at this site?

handful of Support members, hundreds of thousands of members. Too many tickets. Just wait.

I don't know, probably it isn't working correctly as I haven't seen any announcement that issue was fixed.

Unless you are a SteamGifts Plus user, you should report a user using this form instead of using the 'Report User' button. If that is the case, then just wait as said by Deltablade.

It was never broken, but the default for reports is sent to CG, and other Support can't act on it. He has other things to do, so they take more time to get a response.

That is why isn't working correctly. Probably Support still suggests to create a normal ticket.

SG Support > Steam support. Add the fact that steam support don't work on weekends.

If you can't handle 12 hours, then condolences if you need to contact steam support and raging in steam forums how incompetent their support is.

It's not that I can't handle 12H wait.
I created GA and send user Gift URL and now I see that he is regifting it (he crated thesame GA, even with the same description...)
