No CV for Wuppo ?

Hello
I dropped from Level 7 to 6 and have to get 12,5 € more so i made a few GA and the Wuppo from the HB Monthly
SGtools says i am at Level 7 but here i am Level 6 ???
Wuppo is not on the bundled List so why i got not my Level up ???
