"Offer a trade" new steam update thingy

I was just watching my trading friend's inventory and saw a "offer a trade" icon on right top corner.
You can offer a trade to anyone ( even if he is not from your friendlist ) and even if you both are in offline mode.
This thing is great for those who have different time zones and can't come online at same time for trading because of time difference
Its good that this problem is solved now. you will not need to wait for other trader to come online now.
