Welcome to my 9th monthly puzzle. And it's my cakeday too!
I first joined SG 8 years ago, but I truly started to get involved only one year ago...
so let's just say this is my first cakeday!

New year, new hint system!
In the first comment you will find a list of jigidis, increasingly more annoying difficult, but with increasingly helpful hints!
They're meant to be solved in order, but you do you.
Some of the games included in the train are Kona, Veranoia, American Fugitive, Targeted, Papa's Quiz, Tails Noir, OuaD II and Izmir.

My first cakeday! Well kinda.
To celebrate, I collected all the best moments from this last year on video, let me play it for you...
Uhm... one second, there seems to be something wrong with this footage...
Maybe you can help?

Jigidi Hints

  1. There's just two important frames in this static noise...
  2. https://ezgif.com/split
  3. All you need:

  4. O_E_L_Y + _V_R_A_ = ?
  5. Try to OVERLAY the two puzzle pieces...
  6. https://fixthephoto.com/online-gimp-editor.html

Solution

  • Extract the two important frames from the gif. You can use an image editor or a website like ezgif, which I provided in one of the hint-gidis.
  • O E L Y + V R A = OVERLAY
  • Use any image editor to OVERLAY the two frames, which will also link together the two puzzle pieces.
  • You can use an offline editor like Photoshop or Gimp, or an online one like this one, which I provided in one of the hint-gidis.
  • You can even just load the entire gif in the editor and select the two frames you need.
  • The final result will look like this this.
