is the steam inventory bugged?

so a giveaway i made just ended, so i tried to send the gift to the winner and normally it says in the inventory "sent to XXX", but this isn't the case, should i send the gift again, or should i wait a day?

You've sent the gift, but the winner hasn't just accepted it yet, so just wait for a bit :)
