When someone discover internet (steam)

Hi guys. A week ago some guy, called salee liftaan, got angry because of being kicked out of a game called payday 2. After 1 week the situation escalated and he began to threaten and to be racist with few of my friends. Now I'm asking you, what deserves this guy? What needs to be done in order to make this guy realise the severity of the situation. Leave your opinion below.
