How to view region locked giveaways

If I'm not completely wrong:

On the main page, you can only see region locked giveaways, if the region which is listed in https://www.steamgifts.com/account/settings/profile (3.) is included in the regions of the giveaway.

If it's not included, you can only see the giveaway on the page of the giveaway creator/and the winners (if it's over) and you can also open the giveaway (to see comments, entries and so on).

Whereby you can't even open group giveaways if you aren't a member of the specific Steam group.
