Unless the numbers are a red herring, which you said in a comment that there aren't any, I'm not sure how we're meant to turn those numbers into 8 characters without decoding them. The new hint just has me more lost :/

Do you consider using Alt+Numpad as decoder? (You might say your operating system is doing the decoding)

Oh wow... The puzzle's really simple, but only if the right thought will strike your mind suddenly

I'm sorry, I've been staring at these numbers for hours now in the past four days and I still can't make sense of it.
I feel like I'm going crazy, it's beyond frustrating... Rarely do I get stuck on puzzles like that here and everyone's saying its really simple 💀
And the hints are not helping :(
Could you please clarify few things:

1. The numbers stand for specific letters?
2. The password is a word that makes sense?

Finally after all hints I've managed to solve this. But like most of all I was initially going for completely different solution :)

I have no excuse for not getting this. I have done a similar puzzle in the past.
