HALP, doctor needed, friend is literally in a shitty problem, no idea what to do

Because of the new restriction on the market, i can't sell card as easy as before, can take me up to 2 month to sell a single cards so i don't have lots of steam wallets nowadays so srry about that only small game D:.

I was giving him a link for a free game on gleam.io and he needed so much help for his embarrassing problem. He have, let say an itchy problem around of his butt and we don't know what to do.

Since i don't use many forum, i don't have any other place to ask for help so i came here. If anyone has any solution, we would be glad to hear you.
It have so many side effect that are pretty embarrassing for him and people around him, there is some proof in those pictures

Oh yeah, the discount is over... it used to be 89 cents or something like that, just ~2 days ago. Kind of regretting not buying it, so cool game. ;_;
