Giveaway Win Notification after 9 months

Just a few minutes ago I got a giveaway win notification that has ended 9 months ago.
Weird.
The Giveaway was- The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing II (100 Copies)
And I see no key.
Well all other 99 winners expect me seemed to have received/got notified 9 months ago.
Maybe some kind of bug? Anyone else faced this ever before?

Maybe the giveaway creator just rerolled a winner and got you? No clue why it would be rerolled this late, though. But that's all I can think of.

Possible, though perhaps unlikely, that after 9 months the original creator decided to reroll a non-activator, but removed the key beforehand and hasn't been on again to re-send the key for the new winner?

Well so shall i add the giveaway creator in steam and ask? or just simply comment it to that giveaway thread?
