Which one do you suggest? Stellaris or Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion

I need your suggestions. I looked up for these games but i can't decide which one should i buy.

Those games aren't really comparable. SotSE is rather a RTS, than a 4X game. Stellaris on the other hand mixes the best elements of 4X and grand strategy and will only get even better.
So if you want 4X, there is only one real choice imho.

i don't know what they really are and i just looked their steam tags. Thats why i ask actually. Is Stellaris like Starcraft?

No not at all. Starcraft is RTS, Stellaris is Grand Strategy.

What Skankhunt42 said. You might want to look up some gameplay videos on Youtube, before you make your pick. It doesn't seem that you are ready for something like Stellaris. :)
