Second to this: How can you lose a level? Can anyone enlighten me on how that can happen?

If a game you gave away in the past gets given away for free, the CV you previously had for it will be taken away. Similarly if you give away an undundled game you get full value CV for it but if it later gets bundled, the CV drops by 85% and again, it's applied retroactively so you lose CV from past GA's.

I hit level 5 a couple of weeks ago but then dropped back down to 4 almost immediately, then went back up to 5 after a couple more giveaways and then dropped back down to 4 again! So I decided to hold off any celebrations until I was sure it was going to stick :-)
