I tried to get Bioshock Infinite voucher, but wasn't able to. I wrote to them because I cannot login to profile where my Steam ID is linked to as is suggested here. Eight days are gone and there's not a single reply from them. How long I need to wait before they'll react?

How many weeks before Playfire support reacts?

View Results
Less than 1 week
2-3 weeks
4+ weeks
They never react, their support is just blank page for morons

In different occasions I had to contact Playfire Support, and I can tell you by experience that it can take between 2-3 weeks, if not more, to get an answer or reply from them.

Just be patient, eventually you will get an answer, hopefully sooner.

Wow, that is really long. I have contacted also GMG support, they were very quick with their reply (1 or 2 days), but unfortunately they just told me to contact Playfire support.

And thats how your issue, whatever it is, will play out. They will each keep telling you to contact the other until your brain goes numb and you give up or forget.

I only had to contact them once, it took 2 months.

I had/have the exact same problem as you!
The support guy was friendly enough, but when he finally understood the "glitch in the matrix" was a problem on their side... I haven't heard from him since -.- which was 5 days ago... before that reply time was about 1 day

and it S*CKS, I really want that damn offer

I also think it's problem on their side, I have changed my email for GMG some time ago and it seems like it completely broken my Playfire account. When I log in to Playfire under the new email I cannot link my Steam, because it says it is linked elsewhere and when I try to log in to Playfire under the old email it just says 500: Internal Server Error.

And with the speed of their support it really seems like I can forget to use Playfire or any of their offers any time soon.

turns out the problem isn't the same, just checked your link
my problem is I always get errors when I try to join the campaign :(

GMG won't be the same again if I miss this 'cause of a "glitch in the matrix"...

Well, if they won't respond there is one, long way, to get that disscount. You can create three new accounts (GMG, Playfire, Steam) and when you will get voucher just use steam key you will bought on your real steam profile. I did something similliar once when I had problem with some great deal offer similliar to this one.

I remember I once had some problem with Playfire long, long time ago, but they never responded (not that I actually use that site :P).

Yeah, I will probably get the Steam key from my sister so I will not need to create bunch of new accounts, but they really should do something with the speed of their support, it is almost unusable as it is of now.

Honestly, I don't know if anyone actually use that site as it is intendet to. If I remember correctly, some time ago I got mail from them that say something like "We are back, the site is running again". If that's true and they struggle to offer people anything to use it, without users it will probablly vegetate on that line between live and dead, with small group of people that won't even care about support replies.

Thanks, that would be great if they replied in 2-3 days, but unfortunately they aren't so fast in my case.

I am hoping to be able to log in to my Playfire account where my Steam account is linked to, which I am now unable to do because of their system.

They needed 2 months, then my problem solved itself (they introduced a new rewardssystem one without rewards) I wrote that they could now close my ticket and they responded within 2 days wishing me joy with new non existant features! I don't bother with playfire anymore. I'm also ashamed of myself when I buy something on GMG.

That's my story

I contacted them once in around February or so. They responded to me a month or 2 ago so I wouldn't hope for a quick respond.

Half a year for an answer, that must be a joke... Is there a chance GMG support could solve Playfire related problem? Probably not.

I have absolutely no idea. I never used the site since then and never used the site that much in the first place, but as you can see their support seems to suck hard.

They are very, very slow, but they do respond. I was missing the reward for playing Bastion for an hour and it took them a little over 3 months to give me the credit on my account. I had forgotten about said credit long before I ever heard back from them, so they easily could have done nothing, and I wouldn't have even remembered anyway.

Lets hope they will do something before the end of the world - someone knows the closest date?

Seems like they are even slower than I thought in my worst dreams, but hope still exist.

For everyone who read this thread I want to give something back. I won't do any giveaway, because only one can win, but while some of us are waiting for Playfire support, maybe we can read something good. I was really impressed by The Terror by Dan Simmons. Don't read the plot summary on Wikipedia, but get the book somewhere and read it - it is inspired by real story of lost Arctic expedition with some mystery added in and is one of the best survival books I've read. If you rather want to play something little similar try to get Cryostasis somewhere - game with a really good atmosphere taking place on a frozen ship.
