Remanum, an online game about producing and trading goods with an ancient Rome setting, by the same company who did the Settlers, got cancelled due to low online ;_;

Yep, would be nice if there was even a demo still running, tho the most fun was in interacting with other players and making deals with them also you could vote for city mayor or smth xD

My favorite free web games are probably Bullet Maze and Mitoosis, but I also quite enjoyed SkyShot.
If you're willing to go beyond PC games, I'd say my favorite is Sutte Hakkun.

First time I heard of the games you mentioned here. Mitoosis looks like a good challenge :). And also nice that you said an SNES game. I had good time playing SNES with my friends before but mostly sports like nba live, nba jam. :)

Well, my top pick would probably be Hunt: Showdown. It has its faults, sure, but to me the gameplay is amazing (and quite addictive).

I played cs 1.6 but unfortunately, I sucked at it, so didn't play it too much with friends.
But I did spend enormous amount of time on Runescape back in 2007-2011. And started OSRS back in 2018, I think. It's addicting and quite good game. And I will say, it's the only game that has good quests and has good exploration.
