We obviously don't support it, but for the first few months we just wanted to show how awesome of a community we are. We may start doing measures to combat leechers (for example, giveaways on our website), and potentially some giveaways may have to be Level 1+ (unconfirmed, just a consideration). We want to focus on increasing our member count while also keeping up member activity. :)
