Taking into consideration some of the notes I have for users, and that (despite my best efforts) there are even bigger douche-bags on the site than me -- I'm going to have to say no to this idea.
People would just start using the notes system as a ninja-method to personally attack others. It would carry over to the forums and all hell would break loose. On a personal level, don't really give a shit why someone blacklists me.

You really, really, don't want to know why people blacklist you. That's like walking through town and asking the most angry or mean people to tell you exactly how they feel about you - you wouldn't enjoy the experience and it would basically just be a faucet of abuse.

Blacklisted or not - what's the difference. It's still rather rare to meet somebody who has blacklisted you. It's just our curiosity of what we've done wrong but I guess usually it's just someone's opinion on us based on very little information. Besides you'll try to make happy one person, you'll make another person unhappy. You will get blacklisted anyway. Just do what you think is right and don't break the rules. To wrap it up - even if you'll get a few blacklists it won't hurt you so it's better to just move on and focus on some positive things rather than an opinion of some internet stranger. Assuming one is not behaving as poep or konrads for example :P

I've got to say that after reading your comments guys I agree that this is quiet bad idea with all this hate in internet. Thank you very much for replying and sharing your opinion with me :) I think that this discussion is finished as there's not much to add right now <3

So my idea is to add function that allows/makes users to make a note to another one why are they putting them on the "blacklist"
I mean... You can probably blacklist one another for no reason in the first place however I'd like to know why somebody is blacklisting me and how can I prevent it from happening in the future. You probably get the idea by now ;)
So yeah if it's possible I would like to know what others think about it and if it's not..... Some Mod can simply decide if he wants to delete this discussion or let it be to eventually see what happens <3
