Since Steam officially supports Gift-trading, can we talk about it?

To facilitate trading within SteamGIFTS I think kinda defeats the purpose, I know of like atleast 3 major forums which have started sections for steam trading [or have had them for quite a while now anyway] I think those mediums are a better form of what you are looking for than trying to do so through steamgifts.

I think the beta gift trading would be a better way to send the gift to people then via the gift checkout. that way people who win can give the game to friends or whatever.

The forums of http://www.steamgamesales.com/ is the place to go for trading, official Steam forums also have some trade going on. Steamgifts on the other hand is for gifts.
