so how is support and compatibility of those 2 versions? for old games gog.com makes good services and i read that people get more support there instead on STEAM, so before i get it here i would maybe get it on gog.com, so are there any differences?

If you don't mind not having Steam achievements, DRM-Free is always better. So I'd say gog.com is the way
(and you can get your money back in the 30 days after your purchase if you have problems).

I would also say GoG, much better service than Steam especially for old games.
