How does the Omnissiah edition work, anyways? Is it base game plus dlc? Are those two separate things, or a single thing?

Hi, I'm new here, haven't done a puzzle or anything before, so just wanted to have a quick one to test how it works .

The GA is Warhammer 40K Mechanicus Omnissiah edition. Giveaway is only until 3 hours from now.
