Got a PS3 and 3DS. Useful for console and handheld exclusives, as well as a handful of full-on exclusives for either system. Anything multiplat though (except Dark Souls since I jumped the gun on it and still haven't beaten it) I buy on PC.

Only slightly up to date consoles I have are the xbox 360 and the 3ds, however I never really used the 360.
Tbh I don't even know why I did buy the 360, had too much money, it was cheap and I thouht FFXIII will be worth it.
3ds is pretty much for Pokemon and some minor stuff.
And I have a medium gaming PC, because...why shouldn't I?
Probably will buy a 2nd hand PS3 for around 50€ next year, so I can play games like Kingdom Hearts 2.5HD and Persona 5, maybe I'll do the same with the PS4/Xbone in 7-8 years, I have all the time, singleplayer games won't run away.

Strange, nothing not work on my PC too aside your console except that couch thing.

For the most part, the exclusives I've played have been good enough to justify the purchase of the consoles. I have too many I enjoyed to list but most Naughty Dog games and Wii U/Wii exclusives (because Nintendo included backwards compatibility <3) made their respective consoles worth the buy. I know this isn't really helpful since I don't have any opinions on Xbox exclusives (I don't own any) but regardless, I'm sure you'll be able to find games worth playing on it since my experience with console exclusives makes me have high expectations for them.

I have a Wii, PS3, 360, and PC. In hindsight, I could've easily skipped owning a 360. There's not a single exclusive that interests me. Unfortunately, both of my brothers already had 360s while I had a PS3, so playing co-op would only happen if I got a 360 as well. I'd say the PS3 exclusives certainly made it worthwhile, though.

No, but I really hope to get one. I'm tired of my super-low-end laptop; they just simply weren't meant for gaming. Not only do I have to run all of my games on lowest settings, I also have to deal with its issues. I love how on a console I could just grab a controller and play, yeah it might cost more than a PC, but it's just a lot more relaxing to use. Right now I have.....$20, not even close enough money to own one. But when I get older i'm definitely planning to get one; but you have to keep in mind, this dosen't mean i'm ditching PC gaming, there are some PC titles that the console version of the games are not nearly as good as the PC version, examples are like CS: GO, TF2, Half life 2. Pretty much every Valve game. But heck no i'm not going to get an Xbox in the future, paying $60 a year just to play online is ridiculous; i'll probably go with the cheaper side of things and get a Playstation.

Started with NES (Duck Hunt ♥) until the PS2 era. I bought pretty much every consoles except the Dreamcast (maybe my only regret) and the GameCube. I was also the owner of a GameGear, GameBoy and GameBoy Color but i've never been into Handhelds.
Then i went on PC and never looked back.

PS2, Dreamcast and N64 at the moment. Getting Majora's Mask was a bit of a luxurious amount for me, but hey, it's low-poly Zelda. And low-poly is always the best-poly. I don't know what the fuck I'm saying, but case in point, I love me some late nineties awkward looking 3D, and I love Ocarina so far, so I went with it.
Also had a 360 years ago, after exactly half a year I stopped playing it, and when I got indebted, I sold it without any second thoughts. Maybe because I didn't have Gold, but you can't make me pay a monthly fee for being able to go online and oh, being able to do PC stuff on my console and still watch goddamn advertisements. Xbox lost me with the 360, and it doesn't seem like they'll win me over anytime soon. Definitely plan on getting a Wii (U too) and a PS3, maybe a 4 and Vita bundle too, but only from a better salary. For now, I'll main the PC.

I have a PC and all the sony consoles. Mostly to play console exclusives, and in that sony exclusives seem more appealing to me than the xbox ones. But my PC is kinda getting old for this new gen of games so i guess i'll be doing most of my gaming on PS4 in a couple years.

is it worth having a good gaming pc and a console? How many of you have both of them? Why?
I am considering buying a cheap used xbox360 to play some exclusives (Bayonetta, Rise of Tomb Raider 2015, etc)
What do you think?
